Prefer watching YouTube videos in a dedicated desktop player? For Windows users, SVPTube is a lightweight, unobtrusive tool that lets you paste a YouTube link and play it instantly in your chosen video player.
Download SVPTube, extract the folder, and locate the executable named svptube.exe. Double-click to launch—no visible window appears, but a YouTube icon will show in your system tray.
To stream a video, open it in your browser, copy the URL (or right-click the video and select Copy link). The first time, access the system tray icon to view the queued video. Choose your preferred quality, then hit Play—it opens in your default player.
Right-click the tray icon for settings: select your default video player, quality preferences, startup options, and enable autoplay for hands-free streaming.
Autoplay shines here—just copy the URL, and it launches automatically in your player, no further interaction needed.
