Neon made her debut tease in early December during Riot Games' Valorant Champions Tour (VCT), with a brief appearance in a promotional trailer. Her voice lines highlight her Filipino roots, including native language exchanges with her mother.

As a Duelist poised to disrupt the meta, Neon pairs perfectly with Vanille's energetic delivery.

"I'm literally shaking right now, it's the coolest thing ever. Thanks for this amazing feature, @PlayVALORANT!!! I kinda wish the studio still had that badass neon aesthetic (pun intended) whenever I'm there to record their lines haha!" the voice actress tweeted.

“I am incredibly honoured, thrilled and PROUD AF to announce that I am the voice of VALORANT Agent 19 NEON! It has been such a dream come true. I'm a bit lost right now. It doesn't seem real. I can't believe I'm actually saying this right now,” she added.

Her bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog, honed through voicing anime and video game characters, makes her an ideal match for the role.
