The tournament spans 4 seasons, each divided into 4 stages. Teams start in Open Qualifiers, with registration available on the official TEC website. Up to 256 teams can participate, but only the top 16 advance. The top 4 teams earn automatic spots in the next season's Open Qualifiers.

Over the next month, teams will face off in a single round-robin format within their groups, all matches best-of-three (BO3). The top 4 from each group advance to playoffs for the championship.
