Drop from the Battle Bus northwest of Catty Corner and south of Lazy Lake. She patrols the southern outskirts south of Lazy Lake, a hot drop zone.

Spot her outside the southernmost house in Lazy Lake, on the paved area before a dilapidated wooden wall. Approach to trigger her speech bubble and start the punchcard questline.

You'll find her reliably on Lazy Lake's south side, at the town's far end.
