The platform is called SkyShowtime. Its standout feature? It aggregates content from NBCUniversal, Universal Pictures, Peacock, Sky, Showtime, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, and Paramount+ from ViacomCBS. This delivers over 10,000 hours of viewing, according to Bloomberg's report. Impressive lineup, isn't it?
The exact launch date remains under wraps, but leaks suggest programs in France will stream via the standalone Peacock app.
As noted, SkyShowtime offers free access—but with limitations. A reduced free catalog will be available, while full access requires a paid subscription, much like Netflix.
