Hector "FrosT" Rosario, a key figure in 100 Thieves' Valorant roster since its inception, has been released by the organization following a loss in the North American Last Chance Qualifier.
FrosT first joined 100 Thieves as an analyst before earning a promotion to head coach. Under his leadership, the team secured victory at First Strike North America. However, performance declined sharply afterward, dropping them from the region's top squad to consistent 3rd-4th place finishes.

Their VCT journey began weakly, with a 5th-6th place finish at VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: North America Stage 1 Masters. The addition of Ethan "Ethan" Arnold brought brief sparks of form, but sustained success eluded them.
Once among North America's elite, 100 Thieves failed to qualify for the inaugural Valorant International LAN at Stage 2 Masters. They did reach Stage 3 Masters Berlin but fell to Team Envy, settling for 3rd-4th place.

The Stage 3 setback prompted a roster tweak, replacing steel with b0i. Despite this, they lost to Cloud9 Blue in the North America Last Chance Qualifier, ending their 2021 campaign in 3rd place.
Finishing 3rd in the NA LCQ marked the end of FrosT's tenure with 100 Thieves.
