Many Valorant players are encountering "Order Timeout" errors when trying to purchase the highly anticipated Recon Bundle. Due to overwhelming traffic, Riot Games has temporarily disabled the in-game store and content purchases.

Valorant Store Outage: What Caused the Delay
Weapon skins in Valorant alter the appearance of guns and can be purchased with Valorant Points (VP) or Radianite Points. Collections like anime or non-animated skins typically require a substantial VP investment. However, following intense demand for the new Recon Collection—featuring the fan-favorite butterfly knife melee—Riot deactivated the store amid heavy server load.
The Recon Bundle has skyrocketed in popularity, boasting four upgrade levels. Levels 2 and 3 introduce innovative random attachments (over 12 military-style items) that don't impact gameplay, adding fresh customization options.

Players reported confirmed payments without receiving skins, prompting a flood of support tickets. Pros like Fnatic's Derke shared error screenshots, while BBG's bjor tweeted, "Let me give you my money," and Team Liquid's soulcas quipped, "We missed the drop, it's all sold out." Riot has assured affected players: you'll receive your purchases or a full refund. Store access will resume once stability is restored.
Note: Valorant Mobile remains in development.
