Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has launched a comprehensive privacy policy tailored for players under 18, addressing playtime limits and guardian oversight to promote healthier gaming habits.

Upon logging in, players who indicate they are under 18 will see pop-up notifications reminding them to take regular breaks. This aligns with Krafton's commitment to responsible gaming, as outlined on the newly launched official BGMI website, which replaces the previous PUBG Mobile India site and includes updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service details.
Daily playtime is capped at 3 hours, with access restricted until the next day after reaching the limit. The policy also clarifies in-game purchase restrictions for minors.
Under-18 players must provide a parent or guardian's mobile number for age verification. In-game spending is limited to INR 7,000. The policy states: "If you are under the age of 18, you will be asked to provide your parent or guardian's mobile phone number to confirm eligibility." Parents can request deletion of their child's data if provided without consent.
