Fortnite has always been famous for the crossovers no one expects in a game, and of course, the most famous ones. Fortnite X Squid Game Collab wasn't that unexpected considering that Squid Game is such a popular series on Netflix. Fortnite may not have added anything to the game yet, but content creators have already started creating creative maps and implementing both features from the series into the game. The Squid Game is a South Korean streaming survival drama television series written and directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk that reached its peak within just days of its release on Netflix. It involves a lot of survival games, which is basically what Fortnite also implements. Players wanted the very obvious crossover because it made so much sense to have it in Fortnite's Creative Zone.
Fortnite Creative Mode will allow players to create their own private map with all in-game content, including terrain options, buildings, and weapons. Players can create their own servers and have others join, allowing any creator to recreate the series into a perfect minigame just like the series. Popular content creator King of Glitches recently posted about the work in progress on the map involving this crossover.
