PUBG Taego Hashtag Event: How to Participate, Rewards, Schedule & Rules

As dedicated PUBG enthusiasts with years of experience tracking updates and events, we're excited to guide you through the Taego Hashtag Event. This PC community event celebrates the new Taego map, introduced in patch 12.1 on July 7, 2021. Taego's 8x8 terrain draws inspiration from Erangel, enhanced by unique features like Secret Rooms and Multi-Care Packages in update 13.1. Share your gameplay for a shot at exclusive rewards.

How to Participate in the PUBG Taego Hashtag Event

• Capture a screenshot, video, or GIF of your Taego gameplay and post it on social media.

• Submit entries on: Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.

• Include in your post: your in-game PUBG nickname, platform (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PSN, Stadia), and hashtags #BATTLEGROUNDS plus your #REGION hashtag.

PDT: Aug. 2, 12:00 a.m. – Aug. 18, 4:49 a.m.

CEST: Aug. 2, 9:00 a.m. – Aug. 19, 1:59 a.m.

KST: Aug. 2, 4:00 p.m. – Aug. 19, 8:59 a.m.

Rewards



PUBG officials will select winners, distributing 1000 G-Coins each. Spend them in-game on weapon skins and more.

Rules and Regulations

• Keep originals ready for organizers.
• Submit only via Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
• Posts must be public, no restrictions.
• Avoid religious, organizational, or political symbols.
• Respect copyrights—no unauthorized trademarks, music, logos, names, or images.
• Event excludes Spain and the UK due to prior similar events.
