Disneyland Paris Unveils Thrilling New Attractions Ahead of Reopening

While awaiting government approval to reopen, Disneyland Paris is advancing ambitious projects, many debuting in 2021.

France's post-confinement roadmap remains fluid, but the park aims to welcome guests for year-end festivities.

Marvel Superheroes Hotel

Last September at the IAAPA Expo 2020 virtual conference for theme park professionals, Disney revealed updates, including the transformation of the "New York" hotel into a Marvel universe haven opening in 2021.

This 4-star property "will evoke a New York modern art gallery showcasing 80 years of Marvel history through iconic works and exclusive new pieces," per Disney. Guests can explore 300 unique artworks.

Frozen, Cars, and More

Disneyland Paris shared visuals of other highlights: the long-awaited Frozen attraction and "Cars Route 66 Road Trip," inspired by the Cars film, as tweeted by Euro Disney in mid-November.

This reimagined "Studio Tram Tour" in Walt Disney Studios Park will immerse visitors in Route 66 adventures, replacing behind-the-scenes tours. It opens in 2021.

Christmas Reopening on the Horizon?

Beyond these developments, Disneyland Paris hopes to host holiday visitors. The park stands ready pending official clearance, as shared with BFMTV:
