If you haven't explored every inch of the Chapter 3 map, you might confuse the Ruins with spots like The Temple (northeast of the city) or Tumbledown Temple.
The level-up token isn't in those locations. Head to Daily Bugle and go east—the Ruins sit at the tip of the peninsula just before the islands east of Sanctuary. It's simple to land directly here at match start to grab it quickly, though reaching it mid-game can be trickier.
As you approach the Ruins, you'll pass various structures. Skip the main one—the token isn't inside.
Instead, check behind the main structure on the cliff edge, atop a tall tower. Land here if possible to avoid building ramps, which costs time and materials. Once at the top, the token is easy to spot and collect.
