Marvel Comics and Epic Games are reuniting for the limited series Marvel x Fortnite: Zero War, building on their previous collaboration, Nexus War, which inspired Fortnite backup stories across various Marvel comic editions.
According to Marvel, their heroes—including Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Iron Man—are trapped in an endless battle. The only way out? Harness the power of the elusive "Zero Shards" from Zero Point Energy.

This storyline extends beyond the Marvel Universe, tying into DC continuity via the Batman: Zero Point crossover. Could Zero Shards finally bridge Marvel and DC on the page? Fortnite's massive popularity might just make it happen.

The first printings of all five issues include redeemable codes for exclusive in-game cosmetics. Penned by veteran Marvel writer Christos Gage and Epic Games' Chief Creative Officer Donald Mustard, with stunning artwork by Sergio Davila and covers by Leinil Francis Yu.

Marvel Editor-in-Chief Alanna Smith shares: "At its heart, this is an adventure story, with characters from both universes uniting to hunt treasure in the deepest, darkest corners of the Marvel Universe. Sergio Davila delivers incredible pages, while Donald Mustard and Christos Gage bring deep passion for Fortnite and Marvel. We're thrilled to feature Leinil Francis Yu on the main covers alongside top Marvel artists on variants. This is the ultimate team-up of Fortnite and Marvel's best."
