Per Fortnite's official blog, Silk Sonic touches down in the Icon Series on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 7 p.m. ET. Before they hit the Item Shop, compete in the Silk Sonic Cup on Monday, February 7, for an early unlock of the Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak outfits.
Bruno Mars' kit features the Sound Scepter pickaxe, which doubles as back bling. Anderson .Paak comes with the Sonic Snare back bling and Boom Bap pickaxe. Both outfits include alternate styles, including responsive variants, evoking their '70s-inspired vibes.
Epic Games, in partnership with Atlantic Records, also launched Icon Radio—a new in-game station hosted by Bootsy Collins, featuring tracks from Silk Sonic, Bruno Mars, and Anderson .Paak.
