Epic Games' blockbuster free-to-play battle royale is midway through Chapter 3 Season 1, delivering an abundance of innovative items, mechanics, and crossovers like Vi from League of Legends.
Veteran players know Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit as a staple POI across countless island iterations. Surprisingly, its pizza was never consumable—until now. HYPEX has datamined the Pizza Party item, letting players carry a full pizza box or individual slices.
The Pizza Party box holds eight slices, each restoring 25 health and one shield when consumed. It takes one inventory slot; throw the box to deploy slices, which stack two per slot and can restore up to 50 shields total.
HYPEX confirms the item enters the regular loot pool and is purchasable from NPC Tomatohead at the revamped Tilted Towers POI. It fits the season's trend of utility consumables, alongside multi-purpose tents and the recent Shield Keg.
Introduced weeks ago, the Shield Keg functions like a shield fountain, rapidly filling shields from zero to max when thrown and smashed. Unlike Pizza Party, though, it offers no health restoration.
Fortnite's Pizza Party launches January 25e, positioning it as a quick fan favorite. Rumors hint at pizza-loving, crime-fighting turtles arriving soon—a truly "radical" matchup.
