Isla Nublada emerged mysteriously south of the mainland, as lore hints: “Rumor has it that Orelia does not reside on the mainland—an ancient structure is said to have mysteriously risen from the ocean to the south, with a brilliant monarch offering aid in return for tribute from Bars. It is also rumored that not everyone who asked for his help returned.”
